Recommended as an aperitif, served chilled but without ice, Floc is smooth, fresh and full of juicy, fruity flavours. In order to retain the Floc's freshness and aromas, it is best drunk the year following its purchase.
Floc de Gascogne Rosé - abv. 17%
Made from grape juice from 3 grape varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot, our rosé floc is aromatic and soft with layers of flavour including raspberry, blackcurrant and cinamon.
Floc de Gascogne Blanc - abv. 17%
Made from grape juice from 3 white grape varietals: Ugni Blanc, Colombard and Gros Manseng, our Floc Blanc is smooth and delicious with hints of pear and citrus fruits, honey and lemon.
At Domaine de Lauroux, we use aged Armagnacs in our Floc de Gascogne - this makes a notable difference to the taste - giving extra warmth and depth.
Floc de Gascogne is still very much a well-kept secret but thanks to authors like Joanne Harris(www.joanneharris.co.uk), Floc is reaching a wider audience.
